How the process works

A structured process designed to keep the application clear, coordinated and professionally managed.

01 — Strategy & eligibility: review objectives, family structure, source of funds and suitable routes.

02 — Authorised Agent: applications are submitted through an Authorised Agent.

03 — Documentation & due diligence: prepare the required forms and supporting evidence and complete applicable checks.

04 — Mandatory interview: the main applicant is required to attend an interview; dependants aged 16+ may also be required to attend.

05 — Decision & investment: following the applicable approval process, complete the qualifying investment and post-approval requirements.

06 — Citizenship: complete the final registration and passport-related steps in accordance with the programme process.

Family planning & dependants

The Programme permits qualifying family members to be included, subject to the applicable definitions and supporting requirements. Current official guidance identifies spouses, dependent children under the relevant age/education criteria, certain dependent adult children with challenges, and fully supported parents aged 55+ among eligible categories.

Exact eligibility, fees and documentation should be assessed against the family’s circumstances before application.
