GREECE

Golden Visa, Residency by Investment

A strategic EU residency pathway for investors and families seeking Schengen mobility, a European base and a long-term route toward citizenship.

An EU residency programme built around mobility and optionality.

Greece operates a government-regulated Golden Visa programme. Eligible applicants may qualify for a renewable residence permit through a prescribed investment route, subject to government review, due diligence and all applicable requirements.

GCA Advisory helps clients understand the programme, compare routes, prepare strategically and coordinate the professional process from initial assessment through application.

FAMILY OPTIONS

Eligible spouses, dependent children and, in certain cases, parents of the applicant or spouse may be included under Greece’s rules.

Important: The Golden Visa does not automatically grant Greek or EU citizenship. Eligibility, residence history and naturalisation requirements apply separately and are subject to change.
