GRENADA

Citizenship by Investment

A strategic second-citizenship pathway for investors and families seeking greater international mobility, optionality and long-term planning.

A Caribbean citizenship programme built around mobility and choice.

Grenada operates a government-regulated Citizenship by Investment Programme. Eligible applicants may qualify for citizenship through a prescribed investment route, subject to government review, due diligence, interviews and all applicable requirements.

GCA Advisory helps clients understand the programme, compare routes, prepare strategically and coordinate the professional process from initial assessment through application.

Two principal investment routes

We help you understand the capital commitment, fees, family structure, project requirements and documentation before you choose a route.

A one-time contribution to Grenada’s National Transformation Fund. The official IMA currently lists a minimum contribution of US$235,000 for a single applicant or a family of up to four, subject to applicable rules and additional fees.

02

Approved Project Real Estate

Investment in an approved project in Grenada. The official IMA currently lists US$270,000 as the minimum investment for the qualifying tourism-accommodation structure, accompanied by a US$50,000 government contribution for the standard grouping. Why clients explore Grenada

01

International mobility

Grenadian citizenship can provide a broader travel and mobility platform, subject to destination-country entry rules.
02

E-2 treaty status

Grenada is listed by the U.S. Department of State as an E-2 treaty country. A Grenadian nationality can therefore support consideration of the E-2 route when all separate U.S. requirements are met.
03

Family planning

Eligible family members can be included under the programme’s dependant rules, allowing families to plan around a coordinated strategy.
04

Two investment routes

Applicants can consider a government-fund contribution or qualifying approved-project investment, depending on objectives and eligibility.

A notable strategic consideration: U.S. E-2

The United States Department of State lists Grenada as an E-2 treaty country. E-2 is a separate U.S. nonimmigrant visa category for qualifying treaty-country nationals who make a substantial investment in a real and operating U.S. enterprise and satisfy the applicable requirements.

Important: Grenadian citizenship does not automatically grant a U.S. E-2 visa. Eligibility, investment structure, nationality requirements and U.S. adjudication apply separately.
